At Meon Vale we're lucky to have two weekday clubs where people of all ages and abilities can come along and play badminton or table tennis - or both if you like!
Due to increased home and work life responsibilities, some of us may be guilty of not doing as much physical activity as we should. Badminton and table tennis are both fun, flexible sports that can be enjoyed around your busy schedule.You can even use your workout as an opportunity to socialise and catch-up with friends and family.
