Green Shoots Funding!
The MVRA applied for Warwickshire County Council Green Shoots funding, for eco initiatives. with the funding Meon Eco Group (MEG) have planted wildflower seed, bulbs and provided free water butts and compost bins to residents. Join MEG to get involved in other nature friendly initiatives.

Sport England funding for community activitiess
In 2021 we were delighted to successfully secure funding from the Sport England Tackling Inequalities fund to run sporting sessions for all. No stings badminton, Bat & Chat and walking football are now all successful social sporting sessions run by the leisure centre due to this initial funding. Pavilion Coffee Shop!
The Pavilion Coffee Shop was a Parish Council initiative that opened in 2021, providing a community hub and food share. Drinks are great value and the cakes are out of this world!

In 2023 they had a revamp. This provided great outside space, an additional private meeting space plus they are now able to sell a greater variety of food.
